Why does my past life never change?
By design. Your reading is discovered, not generated — the same birth always returns to the same life, on any device, at any time. It's the core promise of the app, and it's why the result feels like something that was already true rather than something randomly assigned.
Is this real? Is it fortune-telling?
No. Past Life is cultural entertainment. It is not real history, it does not predict your future, claim destiny, or advise any real decision. Every life is told in the past tense, as a story to enjoy and share.
Do I need an account?
No. The free reading runs on your device. We don't ask you to sign up, and your birth details are used only to compute your reading.
I paid for an unlock and don't see it.
Open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases — App Store purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device. If it still doesn't appear, email us with the approximate date of purchase and we'll sort it out.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
The annual subscription is managed through your Apple ID: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the current period ends.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Because the free reading is computed on-device and we don't require an account, there's usually nothing stored about you on our side. If you joined the launch waitlist and want your email removed, email us and we'll delete it. See the Privacy Policy for details.
