1. What Past Life is

Past Life is a cultural-entertainment experience that imagines a fictional "past life" from the details you enter. Every reading is a creative, past-tense narrative. It makes no claim of accuracy, truth, prophecy, or destiny, and is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind (medical, financial, legal, psychological, or otherwise).

2. Using the app

You may use Past Life for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Please don't misuse the service — for example by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it to harass others.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

• The reading and share card are free. Optional in-app purchases unlock additional written content; the annual subscription unlocks unlimited readings, relationships, and monthly timing.
• All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled; manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's policies.
• Indicative prices shown on our website may differ from final App Store pricing and local currency.

4. Content and intellectual property

The app, its writing, imagery, and the underlying engine are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. The reading generated for you is yours to enjoy and share for personal, non-commercial purposes; please keep any attribution intact on shared cards.

5. No warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't promise the app will always be available, error-free, or that any reading will suit your expectations.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Past Life. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change and continued use means you accept the update.
